We extrude tubing in heavier wall thicknesses where required. These applications include, but are not limited to, antenna housings, military lamps, LED lighting, soil sampling and various other custom requirements. FDA, aircraft, and flame retardant grades are available.

We stock 2 inch and 1 ½ inch acrylic tubing x .090 wall thickness in 72 inch lengths, several colors are available and custom colors can be made. Tubing can be made with thin or thick wall, 3/8" to 8" in diameter.

We extrude end caps and plugs to fit your needs a variety of caps or closures are available in different shapes.

For the lighting industry, we offer frost acrylic (suspended bead) as well as clear acrylic and polycarbonate.

LED lighting requires the need for acceptable diffusions this is a major concern. There are several issues which affect that problem. First the brightness of the diode and then the wall thickness of the lens or the distance from light to lens.

We offer lenses in Frost Acrylic (suspended bead); White Frost Acrylic or Clear lenses available with an impact modified Acrylic. Also available are Polycarbonate clear lenses or with a diffusing white additive.
